Impact in numbers
We gathered and started to work on Spark in September 2024 with a simple idea: to care for the people at the heart of education. Since then, the SPARK community has already made meaningful strides. Here's what's happened so far:
Community-led projects launched to support educator well-being, with 5 international partners growing the movement across borders.
Pilot gatherings held in our teacher-led space, centered on care, collaboration, and classroom practice.
Digital library built — filled with curated training materials, articles, and tools for everyday teaching.
Educators engaged directly through in-person sessions, averaging 15 participants per event.
Students reached through 180 classrooms where new practices were applied by engaged educators.
Erasmus+ KA2 projects submitted — including 3 Cooperation Partnerships and 1 Teacher Academies proposal.
