Support the SPARK Movement

Your donation helps us offer that space to more educators who need it. It is a small act of kindness that makes a world of difference.

Whether it is €5 or €500, your gift helps create a future where educators are cared for as much as they care for others.

Your privacy. We use your details to process your one-time or monthly donation, send confirmation and maintain the financial record. The controller is ISKRA ASSOCIATION, UIC 208183744. Contact the Spark team at office@spark-network.eu.

Name, email, donation amount and payment details are required. Billing details may be requested during payment; fields marked optional can be left blank. Monthly donations require an account. Saving a card for future one-time payments is optional. These services are for adults aged 18 or over.

How we use and keep your information

Processing the donation arrangement uses GDPR Article 6(1)(b); required accounting records use Article 6(1)(c). Payment security and fraud prevention also involve legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).

The Spark team and Google Cloud/Firebase handle the donation record; Google Workspace delivers service email. Stripe processes payments and device/security signals, with its own controller responsibilities for some activities. Financial records may also be disclosed to accounting service providers and competent authorities where required. Provider processing can take place outside the EEA, including the United States. The full privacy notice explains locations and transfer safeguards.

Donation and payment records are kept for 10 years from 1 January of the year following the reporting period, under the Bulgarian Accountancy Act. Separate correspondence follows 12 months after resolution. Particular legal duties or disputes can require longer. These periods guide our retention reviews; some older records may remain until reviewed. You can ask us to review your records. See our retention policy (opens in a new tab).

You can contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing. You can withdraw consent where it is the basis. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. We normally respond to rights requests within one month.
